E82: From Overweight To A Bronze Medal w/ William Murillo

<p>In this episode I have a conversation with William Murillo, a powerlifter from Belmopan. He is going to participate in the upcoming NAPF competition in the Cayman Islands in August 2023. We dive into how covid and quarantine led him to putting on a lot of weight. He was convinced to join a gym to simply lose weight but that took on a life of itself and led him to competing nationally and then internationally for powerlifting.
