<p>Today my guest today is the beautiful Andrea Blindt, <span class="il">Andrea</span> is a registered nurse, holistic health practitioner, international best-selling author, and mindset coach. But still, she picked herself up and said this is going to be the last surgery and I will not sit in sorrow anymore and she told her self that her body will be strong and she will face it head on.  </p> <p>Andrea has learned how to honor her feelings and allow them in.  She will show you how to face them with grace and be your champion.  </p> <p>Meeting your challenges in life and what can you do in it,  we can have regrets but we cant change them, We have control over this moment, right now and how we show up now.
