There's no real estate available unless the seller is ready and willing to let it go. It's a very emotional state.</p> <p><strong>[12:54] How the TwnSqr Platform Works</strong></p> <p>Once you come to TwnSqr, you can post that property, whether it's under your ownership or under contract for $90,000.
