<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">I am not a quitter, I am extremely competitive and have never looked at quitting anything as an option. One day I had my mind blown when a good friend told me there is a difference between quitting and stopping. If something is not of any benefit and can even be a detriment then maybe you just need to stop doing it.
