E21: Be intentional with support group connections

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">People, moms especially want to be more intentional. Our lives are fast-paced except when we’re fried which is when we wish we had taken the time to do certain things. </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">It is really important for moms to connect with who they are connecting with.
