A brand is a business. It is the face and persona we create for a business. And that is, actually, why some marketers didn’t accept ā€œpersonal brandingā€ well when it first became a thing. The conflict in the concept was: <em>creating a brand already meant making a business more human and personal, so personal branding makes no sense! </em>And I get it. It makes no sense, but it does.
