Drugs Are Bad...ish???

<p>It seems like the ol' Mary Jane is becoming more and more acceptable as states move toward legalizing recreational use.  But thanks to programs like D.A.R.E. and Nancy Reagan's Just Say No Campaign, we all learned that drugs are only good for one thing... hippies. </p>
