<p>Mike Hatrick is an engineer who has spent 30 years’ working with aerospace, automated logistics, climate change, trucks and construction equipment.</p> <p>15 years ago he made a mid-career switch from being an innovator to helping people and organisations innovate.</p> <p>Since then he has strived to put innovation theory into practice in four different organisations, and is a frequent and enthusiastic speaker on the topic of corporate innovation.</p> <p>Since 2016 he has been helping to enable innovation at Volvo Group in Sweden working with intellectual property strategy.&nbsp;</p> <p>Christina Gerakiteys speaks with Mike about driving purpose, impact and innovation in organisations, and the steps needed to overcome barriers.</p>
