Joining us in studio G is <a href="https://www.drjustinross.com/">Dr. Justin Ross</a>. He’s a sports psychologist/zen master out of Colorado and someone who we’ve been talking a lot about on the show since we learned about him from <a href="https://themorningshakeout.com/">the morning shakeout podcast</a>. We had this conversation right before leaving for Sweden and it seems fitting to share it upon our return. </p><p>But first…</p><p>Training Update</p><p>It feels really nice to say that there is no longer a 70km ÖTILLÖ-sized elephant in the room and we can get back to a more realistic training volume. No rest for the weary though as Chris is headed to Massachusetts for the inaugural <a href="https://swimruncapecod.com/">Swimrun Cape Cod</a>.</p><p>Shoutout</p><p>We’re giving a blanket shoutout this week to everyone that reached out to us to either wish us well in Sweden and/or checked in on us afterwards. We mention it often that it’s always super humbling to see all the support that we receive from everyone and we appreciate it more than we can adequately express.</p><p>Feats of Endurance</p><p>Keeping the theme going, we’re giving a blanket award to everyone that raced (and volunteered) at ÖTILLÖ last week.
