Dr. Debbie Harrington

<p>Dr. Debbie Harrington served in the U.S. Army for 25 years, and then went on to complete a Doctorate of Education in Innovation and Organizational Leadership from Wilmington University in Delaware. She's also a wife and mother of three adult children who ran to represent Delaware's 8th district in the state legislature in the 2020 election cycle. &nbsp;In this interview. Dr. Harrington explains what she learned about service by being one of nine children, how her military service informed her campaign, and what it was like to be a Black woman running for elected office in Delaware through the pandemic and racial unrest of 2020.</p>
