From the Host, Janelle Jones: I'm so excited to share with you the conversation that I had with Dr. AJ Austin who is a Master Life Certification Trainer. Dr. AJ has been my business bestie, and it wasn't until my interview with her when she shared about her experiences and how it lead her to leave her 9-5 job and took the leap of becoming a Certification Coach for Black Women of faith, and she's helped over one hundred Black women (147 to-date) get Certified as Life Coaches internationally.
