Description
Down Syndrome Clare says "amazing" services can be provided from the proceeds of its upcoming fundraising event. The twenty-second edition of Down Syndrome Ireland's 'Tour de Munster' will commence this Thursday at Cork City Hall and will pass through Killaloe, Tuamgraney, Ennis, Kildysart and Killimer over the course of its four-day duration. 100 cyclists are expected to take part in the event which spans 400km and has raised €4.6 million since it was established in 2001. Down Syndrome Clare member branch member Maeve Crawford says this particular event is a crucial part of the organisation's fundraising calendar.
