Don't Take Yourself So Seriously

<p>Hallie and I discuss why people take themselves so seriously, and how we can let go in order to enjoy life to the fullest. We first discuss what not taking ourselves so seriously means to us and why people feel the need to fit the mold of what the world says we should be. We then explain how crazy it is that we, as humans, stress over all of these things that really don’t matter in the grand scheme of things. I also emphasize the difference between “not taking yourself seriously” and “not caring”.</p>
