Don't Hold Back🌺

We are built for each other for our daily living, not just occasions. No matter how much you may deny it, someone somehow brings you solace. So i encourage that you don't hold back what you are in the world from those around you because we are meant to fill each other. What I've learnt over the years is to keep things light as we give ourselves and receive from others. The journey can be uncomfortable and opening up makes us feel vulnerable. We however do more injustice if we aren't intentional about the process though so don't hold back.
