Doing Better Is Hard

Hey guys, I'm back!!! 😚💕 Exams have been hectic so recording podcasts has been challenging, nevertheless I'm glad to be back. We really don't talk enough about how hard it it is to do better. Or do what's necessary to be our best selves. So in today's episode we're tackling that ✨ we've all fallen back at one point in our lives on doing the work we're supposed to do internally and radiating it externally. It takes a lot of strength and will power to know the good we're supposed to do and do it.🤕 I hope this helps y'all take active steps to do better regardless of how hard it may be.
