Does the common fan REALLY always want to know about what’s going on behind-the-scenes or is there beauty in the unknown?

-We discussed this recently but now it’s going to happen for sure, as the Pac-12 is going to provide enhanced access to college football broadcasts with in-game head coach interviews and select players/coaches getting mic’d up in pregame -We live in the era of everyone knowing everything all the time or at least having access to with their phones/etc. Is this something fans are clamoring for or is there beauty in still not knowing everything? -Which sports are better for this? -Which sports would be more distracting than others?
