<p>My pastor Keith Craft told me, "If you'll do more than you're paid for, you'll be paid for more than you do."</p> <p>I've never had an hourly job as an adult.  </p> <p>I've always worked on commission and was always willing to eat what I killed. </p> <p>I've always worked more than what I was paid for. </p> <p>When I was in prison, I was getting after it on the yard. </p> <p>The boss on the yard called me over and said, "You were out there working your ass off.  Are you on drugs?"</p> <p>I said, "No." </p> <p>He said, "Starting tomorrow you're going to take everyone over to the yard to work tomorrow on the tractor." </p> <p>I had to fight a couple of guys and got sent to solitary confinement because they thought I snitched on someone to get the job. </p> <p>I did this in the mortgage industry too.
