Disorientation and Change

Recently I was thinking about change and the disorientation and emotionality that comes up when significant events overtake us. This cast offers a perspective on how to work through the emotion of change. We as leaders need to be able to normalize change to a point where we can navigate the complexity and maintain a sense of direction and purpose.
