This can cause problems, including stress, distraction, and reduced well-being. It can be a huge benefit to disconnect from your screens or reduce screen time, even if it’s just for a short period. My conversation today is about finding balance in the digital age. This creates clear boundaries and promotes relaxation.</p> 2/ Set Tech-Free Hours <p>Establish certain hours of the day as tech-free, such as during meals or before bedtime. Use this time for other activities like reading or spending time with loved ones.</p> 3/ Silence Notifications <p>Turn off non-essential notifications to minimize distractions and interruptions, allowing you to stay focused on the present moment.</p> 4/ Device-Free Rituals <p>Create pre-sleep and wake-up routines that don't involve screens. This helps you start and end your day mindfully without immediately engaging with technology.</p> 5/ Screen-Free Day <p>Dedicate one day of the week to be completely screen-free.
