Developing Female Leaders

<p>For every 100 men, only 72 women are promoted and hired for a manager role in America.</p> <p>According to <a href='https://www.mckinsey.com/featured-insights/gender-equality/women-in-the-workplace-2019'>McKinsey’s Women in the Workplace 2019</a> report, progress at the top is constrained by a “broken rung.” The biggest obstacle women face on the path to senior leadership is the first promotion to a manager-level role.</p> <p>Creating programs to develop female leaders is imperative.
