In exploring deep house and the boundaries of the genre, I quickly grew a tremendous appreciation for minimal and dub techno. I consider these to be almost adjacent genres to deep house and weaving them into my mixes allows me to up the energy and ambience of my sets respectively. For me, peak time is for risks. For giving the dance floor something they weren’t expecting. With these tools in my back pocket, I can curate unique and genre-bending experiences, taking dancers to new highs and lows.
