December New Home Sales Top Estimates

<p>December’s New Home Sales came out Wednesday, Jan. 26, 2021 and beat analyst estimates to the upside. Jeff Tucker breaks down the report that shows increasing strong demand in the U.S. housing market. Tucker attributes the boon in home sales to tremendous underlying strength of demand for housing, which is not being met by existing homes.
