Death of a Guru: What does it mean for us?

<p>Today I am processing the death of my teacher, <a href="//@gurujagat">@gurujagat</a>...I shed some tears, talk about the state of the world as I see it, and offer some resources to deal with trauma if you are at the effect of a dysregulated nervous system. I hope this episode helps you recognize the importance of grief, being still, and waiting when the direction of action is not perfectly clear. Embracing our humanity means acknowledging the dark and the light.
