Dealing With Life Long Anxiety - Interview With Wendy Tamis Robbins

<p>Many of us will have had a panic attack and moments of anxiety. We learn to deal with these odd occasions. But what if you suffer more than the odd instance?</p> <p>My guest Wendy Tamis-Robbins shares her story of she has dealt with anxiety for most of her life. The first time she noticed her panic attack was when she was six years old.</p> <p>Wendy speaks about how the anxiety started, how it brought her to the point of calling a suicide helpline, and how she now shares her approach to dealing and managing anxiety.</p> <p>Wendy has put her experience in her book – <strong>The Box</strong>, <strong>An Invitation to Freedom From Anxiety</strong>. She also gives talks to companies, educational institutions, and groups who want to learn more about helping people with anxiety.</p> <p>And she runs her <strong>3R</strong> program to help others.</p> <p>Listening to Wendy and others who share their experience with anxiety, you realise you are not alone.
