De Moersleutel 5th Anniversary - Scissors & Spock - ep402

<p>I hope you enjoyed the first two courses. The next two are about to begin. Scissors is our amuse buche course. It's an 8% West coast IPA filled with Cascade, Citra, Centennial, Columbus and Chinook hops (that's five hops, I'm seeing a trend here). This bitter and citrusy IPA is a throwback to the classic West coast type of yore.  Spock will be our dinner course. This imperial stout is made with five grains and 5 adjuncts. Can you guess which ones? It's a big meal and we still have one course to go.</p>
