DC House Grooves Show: Remembering Ramirez

On March 24th, we unexpectedly lost our dear friend, DC House Grooves resident Ramirez. Since we learned the news, we've been absolutely devastated, unable to process the loss of a someone who was such a music inspiration to us. Larry was our muse and mentor, and an amazing DJ, consistently blowing us away with his diverse selections, and it has been hard to see how we could continue with the DC House Grooves Show without him. However, deep down we know Larry would want the show to go on, and we know we will find healing through music. As part of the healing process, DC House Grooves residents Andy Grant, Kochi & Katrina Mir remembered Ramirez with a special edition of the DC House Grooves Show on Saturday April 18th, playing only records from his incredible collection. We were joined by Candice Mills, providing live vocals in tribute to our beloved friend.
