DAY 415: Russian forces move closer toward Kyiv

<p>After days of being stalled, a Senior Defense official says Russian forces could be within 10 miles of the capitol of Ukraine. But U.S. intelligence believes the city can maintain control for several more weeks. It comes as Congress approves $13.6 billion dollars in aid to Ukraine Thursday night.
