Day 219: Biden vows to hunt down those responsible for Kabul attack

<p>The president ordered flags to half-staff following two deadly explosions near the airport in Kabul. 13 American service members were among the 60 fatalities. One blast struck a busy entrance to the airfield, where U.S. troops have been processing Americans and Afghans for evacuation ahead of the August 31 withdrawal deadline.
