Day 218: The Purpose of Confession (Bible Tribe Num. 5-8)

<p>Biblical Confession today is not just between a person and a priest. It is foremost between God and man. And it is also to other believers as we confess to one another our shortcomings so we can pray for one another and be accountable.</p> <p><strong>Bible Reading:</strong> <strong>Num. 5-8</strong></p> <p>Verse of the day: Numbers 5:7, "He shall confess his sin that he has committed. And he shall make full restitution for his wrong, adding a fifth to it and giving it to him to whom he did the wrong."</p> <p>Word of the day: Confess. It is the Hebrew word:  יָדָה (yaw-daw').</p>
