David Rogers on Dual Language Education

The organization began informally in 1997 and formally in 2001, the mission of the organization is to advocate for and support the effective design and implementation of dual language education programming. Providing children with a world class, multilingual education. </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">David served as Executive Director for 22 years.</span></p>
