<p>Fall has arrived and so have stouts. But these aren't any stouts. These are really old stouts. Like...way to old stouts. We jump in the way back machine for a couple of beers that probably should have been consumed 5 years ago. First up is from 2011 with Dark Horse Plead the Fifth.  This bourbon barrel aged imperial stout has seen better days but still has some of roasty barrel aged flavors we love. The next stop is in 2015. Baladin Metodo Classico 2015 is a biere de champagne, which is a beer treated in a wine production process.
