Dariye and Nyame's presidential pardon, who is really angry?

<p>President Muhammadu Buhari campaigned on a strong anti-corruption posture. &nbsp;And when two ex-governors, Joshua Dariye and Jolly Nyame, were convicted and sentenced to prison for fraud under his administration, that was seen as a huge win for Nigeria's war against corruption. The two men, Dariye and Nyame, had not served even half of their full sentences when they received presidential pardon last month. As expected, there was outrage from the usual suspects (e.g., civil service organizations, human rights activists) but there was also celebration. Naturally, we asked why?
