<p>Diversity is a huge topic across every industry.</p> <p>My colleague, Lucas van Zuylen, posed a very interesting question - when looking for diversity, what should you look for?</p> <p>Of course, there are a lot of variables, including what companies want to optimize for.</p> <p>Then, you have to look at small companies versus large companies.</p> <p>Large companies, like Google, have the opportunity to diversify outside of optimization.
