<p>Authority in leadership is so important.</p> <p>But..it’s only one of the leadership cards you need to be effective.</p> <p>I see this happening in leaders all the time.</p> <p>They get this authority in their industry, but they’re not a people person.</p> <p>They usually have this huge ego.</p> <p>That gets in the way of them making others feel good.
