<p>It can be overwhelming as a trainee pharmacist to pick the right job when you qualify. You also feel like you need to make decisions about this 6 months into the training year as this is when employers tend to start advertising positions. We all go through the anxiety of making the right decision for ourselves amongst all the competition of every other trainee pharmacist securing a role for themselves alongside you.</p> <p>Here is a clip where you get insight into Stephanie's thought processes when she was looking for her first role.
