<p>Where they stop, we begin</p> <p><br> <br> We're on a mission to help one million people RISE by 2030 - join the movement at <a href="http://www.myrise.co.uk/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">www.myrise.co.uk</a></p> <p><br></p> <p>People sometimes ask me about local facilities.</p> <p>Places that could be viewed as our ‘competition’.</p> <p>And are surprised that I’m complimentary about them.</p> <p>Often because they (the other facility’s owners / staff) love to slag us off 😉</p> <p>But that’s not the way I / we roll.</p> <p>And I’m sure they’re great at what they do.</p> <p>But I know…………..</p> <p>That where they stop………….</p> <p>We begin.</p> <p>Most places can give you a great workout.</p> <p>That’s a given.</p> <p>It’s not hard.</p> <p>If anything, it’s the easiest part of the job.</p> <p>Learning a load of exercises and how to put them together well isn’t rocket science, I’ll be honest.</p> <p>———– And that’s if a facility even does that – many just rent access to equipment —————</p> <p>If the reason people weren’t getting in the shape they’d like to be twenty years ago was a lack of places you could use equipment and / or be put through a workout………….</p> <p>The explosion of them in recent years would’ve solved that problem.</p> <p>Not coincided with ever increasing levels of weight and body dissatisfaction, lowering of energy and mood, etc.</p> <p>What we’re great at is the support, accountability and creation of the conditions in which motivation can grow and flourish (it can’t be given).</p> <p>I like to think our workouts are pretty good too.</p> <p>But everyone in this line of work thinks that.</p> <p>Again, it’s a given.</p> <p>Where most stop (equipment and / or workouts)………..</p> <p>We begin.</p> <p><br></p> <p>Much love,</p> <p>Jon ‘You don’t even know Kung Fu’ Hall</p> <p>P.S.
