<p>Only one-third of people have one [And those that don’t get the least]</p> <p><br> We're on a mission to help one million people RISE by 2030 - join the movement at <a href="http://www.myrise.co.uk/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">www.myrise.co.uk</a></p> <p><br></p> <p>Have you ever thought “I don’t have time”?</p> <p>For exercise, healthier eating or anything else?</p> <p>You’re in the overwhelming majority if you have.</p> <p>Always busy but not always getting done the important stuff.</p> <p>I referenced this yesterday.</p> <p>I read a study the a few days ago.</p> <p>Apparently only one third of people use a schedule.</p> <p>You know – a diary, calendar on their phone, etc.</p> <p>If someone doesn’t have a schedule, can they ever really use a lack of time as a justification for something?</p> <p>It’s like saying they don’t have enough money and not making any effort to budget.</p> <p>Not losing weight and not making any effort to become aware of their calorie intake.</p> <p>Invariably, when asked, most people without a schedule will say “It’s all in my head”.</p> <p>Which is just the same as trying to work out our calorie intake in our heads………</p> <p>But gaining weight.</p> <p>Or working out our income and outgoings ‘in our head’……..</p> <p>But getting further into debt each month.</p> <p>Without a plan for how will use our time……</p> <p>Can we ever fully give ‘not having time’ as an excuse?</p> <p>If we don’t plan our days, someone else will.</p> <p>It will get filled up with that less important……</p> <p>But seemingly urgent stuff.</p> <p>When I’ve got people to track their food on MyFitnessPal, the reality usually jumps out of the screen at them.</p> <p>When people start scheduling and tightly planning their use of time………</p> <p>The same usually happens.</p> <p>We all have 10,080 minutes in the week.</p> <p>It’s how we plan to use them and how much we stick to that plan that makes the difference.</p> <p>We often avoid planning and scheduling because it feels “boring” and “restrictive”.</p> <p>When the
