I think I'd failed you if I just took your first answer [About, you know, cancelling]

We're on a mission to help one million people RISE by 2030 - join the movement at www.myrise.co.uk

I mentioned yesterday about people wanting to cancel.

And how, ultimately, the preferred result for both sides is for people to get results they feel are worth the continued investment.

No one benefits from the opposite choice.

That’s a lose-lose.

We’d love to make it a win-win.

Member gets results they feel are worth the investment.

I get to pay all the bills and feed my kids.

Everyone’s happy.

So, I genuinely believe I would be failing people if I just left them to cancel.

If I just went “Ok” and sent them the cancellation link.

Is that what anyone really wants?

If it’s a genuine, unavoidable circumstantial reason, that’s cool.

But, from my experience, most reasons given that sound unavoidable, probably are if the results justify it.

Nearly everyone that gives unavoidable circumstantial reasons for “needing to stop” hasn’t been getting the results they’d have liked.

So, I’ll ask questions.

Not ‘arguing with you’ type questions.

Questions that might help you lead to the answers that serve you better.

After all, if we keep asking the same questions, we just get the same answers.

Answers that, probably, haven’t led us to where we’d like to go to.

It’s because we care and we understand that we won’t just take your first answer.

And we do understand.

And I’ll cover tomorrow what’s usually happening when people think “he / they doesn’t understand”.

Much love,

Jon ‘Chris Tarrant’ Hall
