Curious about Self-Compassion

<p>This week Kirsty welcomes Belinda to the podcast!</p><br><p>They discuss all things self-compassion.</p><br><p>Belinda was inspired by Leanne's ability to show compassion for herself so decided it was worth exploring in more details.
