Cuomo Will Go...in 14 Days?

Andrew Cuomo announced he would resign in 14 days, allegedly, but he needs to bring his Lt Gov up to speed on things first. What the hell does she do all day if not keeping up on the job? Why was he hiding things from her, is she not attractive enough?
