Cuomo urged to fill judicial vacancies contributing to court backlog

May 3, 2021 - The state's court system has 15 vacancies in the appellate division that need to be filled to address the significant delays for New Yorkers trying to bring appeals, according to New York State Bar Association President Scott Karson.
