Crude Oil Making Lower Highs, $85 Per Barrel Soon?

<p>"We had some risk premium built into natural gas and crude oil. This is why the market is selling off on the news about Nord Stream 1 Pipeline resuming pumping gas to Europe," says Carley Garner. "From a technical analysis perspective crude oil is the exact opposite from where it was earlier in the year. The reality is that we are making lower highs.
