Criticism vs feedback-What’s the right way to effectively call out someone’s behavior & how to react when you make missteps

<p>This episode's topic is one that I felt wasn't being talked about in the midst of all the discussions this week. It was the idea of how to have conversations with people online about the issue of race, specifically on Instagram, how we are talking in the comments & how we are calling people out. Learning to accept criticism & feedback for the things we've done and how to react to those who call us out & to make changes.
