Creativity Day For Young People Across Clare To Take Place This Weekend

On Wednesday's Morning Focus, Alan was joined by Niamh 0'Donovan, Executive Librarian at Clare County Library. Niamh discussed the upcoming event Criunniú Na nÓg that will be taking place all across county Clare on Saturday the 10th of June. Criunniú Na nÓg is a national day of creativity for children and young people under the age of 18. The event is the flagship initiative of the Creative Ireland Program, Creative Youth Plan and Ireland are the only country to have an event like this. Niamh showcased the activities and contents that will be hosted at each event around the county and explained how most of the activities planned were driven by children and young people under the age of 18.
