Creating your own patient-centric, in-house vision plan with Dr. Gina Wesley

Gina talks through how she proceeds to evaluate the impact that it was going to have on her practice and the goals that she set which initially defined success. She shares how she  communicated this strategy with all of her stakeholders: her associate ODs, her team, and the patients of the practice. She's very transparent in this conversation by sharing her "before and after" numbers as it pertains to number of patients seen and how that's translated into the impact on both her top line revenue as well her profit margins.
