Creating Your Dream Life

<p>Everyone wants to live their dream life, but how do you get there? Well in this episode I'm going to share exactly how I was able to create a life I love! Now this was not a quick, easy or painless process but I'm here to tell you it was so worth it, and it is possible. I have been to rock bottom and felt like there was no way out, that I was just going to be miserable forever, but I was able to pick myself up, dust myself off and fall in love with my life again and here's how you can too.</p> <p>In this episode I discuss:</p> <ul> <li>Getting clear on your goals and creating a plan to achieve them while also staying open to new opportunities</li> <li>Being messy and complicated and showing up anyway as the best version of yourself</li> <li>Cultivating a growth mindset and getting out of your own way</li> </ul> <p>I am so grateful I get to wake up everyday to a life I genuinely love.
