#CovidCast: Why You Need To Wear A Facemask After Vaccination

<p>Masks are a key measure to suppress transmission and save lives. Masks should be used as part of a comprehensive <strong>‘Do it all!’ </strong>approach including physical distancing, avoiding crowded, closed, and close-contact settings, good ventilation, cleaning hands, covering sneezes and coughs, and more.</p> <p>Depending on the type, masks can be used for either protection of healthy persons or to prevent onward transmission.</p> <p>In this episode, I sat with Dr. Chollom Solomon, A medical Virologist and he pointed out three reasons you need to wear a mask after taking covid-19 Jab.</p> <p>1. To shield you against other respiratory diseases</p> <p>2. To protect us from any mutants of the virus</p> <p>3. Since Science works on evidence, it helps us follow up with a vaccinated person to be sure of his status.
