COVID vaccine safety surveillance

Users are also reminded to get the second vaccine dose and a check-in afterward about their experience.</li> <li><a href='https://vaers.hhs.gov/'>VAERS (Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System)</a>: a national database to which providers, vaccine manufacturers and the public can report side effects.
