COVID-19 hangs over rising rates

<p><strong>LLN (6/24/20) –</strong> Freight and rates continue to climb ahead of the Fourth of July, but the question of rising COVID-19 cases hangs over the post-holiday future. Also, for owner-operators, every year is a series of paperwork and filing deadlines, most of which are necessary to continue to operate – and two of those deadlines are coming up.
