Council CEO Describes Clare Ukrainian Housing Provision As "Unstable"

The CEO of Clare County Council has described the accommodation situation for Ukrainian refugees in Clare as "quite unstable". Pat Dowling has told this month's meeting of the local authority that this is largely because many of the approximate 4,400 displaced Ukrainians in the county are currently living in hotel accommodation.
